Nabeel Rehman is an experienced and dedicated Corporate Lawyer who focuses his practice on corporate and commercial litigation. Mr. Rehman also plays a crucial role in advising and representing private entities in Pakistan and overseas in all legal aspects of their practice, including constitutional law, assets tracing and recovery, actions against former company officers, company’s internal matters, arbitration, taxation and energy laws amongst others. Furthermore on behalf of firm, Mr. Rehman has been responsible for representing private entities and manufacturers before National Tariff Commission pertaining to anti-dumping, countervailing and safe guard measures and before NEPRA related tariff matters. In addition, he is experienced in the whole spectrum of civil and commercial matters, particularly shareholder disputes, corporate fraud, media law and intellectual properties.
Aside from his work in the firm, Mr Rehman is a director and the sole representative of a NGO known as Afzal & Afzal Law Reforms Institute (AALRI). The organisation works alongside governmental departments and other foreign aid NGO’s for the amendment and development of laws in Pakistan. A recent project Mr Rehman has been working on has involved drafting service and pension rules for Pakistan Nursing Council.
Mr. Rehman is one of the few legal practitioners in Pakistan to have achieved so much in a short amount of time and has been given the liberty to appear as an advocate in all courts of Pakistan including the High Courts.
