Mahnoor followed a distinct career path in the firm by focusing mainly on immigration work in the first year; assisting the Partners on issues pertaining to Immigration and Migration for various Diplomatic Missions, including the Embassy of Austria, France, Italy and Brazil to name a few whilst also assisting in representation before the Islamabad and Lahore High Courts. She then, shifted to corporate and litigation.
She is currently dealing with matters pertaining to labour & employment law, contractual breaches, taxation, consumer law, constitutional law, assets tracing and recovery, regulatory compliances of private and international entities, companies’ registration and internal matters, arbitration, energy laws and public-private partnerships. Her litigation experience covers a wide range of areas such as regulatory, service, contractual, taxation, and intellectual property matters.
