Mr. Jamshaid commenced legal practice in 2012. He is an LLM graduate of Cardiff University – England&Wales, a member of the prestigious Russel Group of Universities of United Kingdom. After completing his LLM in International Commercial Law, he returned back to Pakistan where he resumed his practice as an Advocate in good standing for the High Courts of Pakistan.
His diverse practice includes corporate law, civil law, service law, family law and Intellectual Property and Academic Law. He has a keen interest in puruing IT and Cyber Security Law. His Clients include, tech incubators, aviation companies, regulators and blend of various private clients.
Aside from practicing law, Usama has been a Visiting Faculty at Bahria University – Islamabad and has been teaching Law of Evidence to the upcoming and promising lot of lawyers. He also has a keen interest for arts and therefore is an advocate of various arts and media-based clientele.
